I checked in online for my Norwegian flight it was smooth. I had my boarding pass on my phone within a few minutes, and the steps were simple enough that I didn’t have to second-guess anything.
The seat options page was a little slow to load, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m always a bit wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was relieved I could handle it myself and save time at the airport. 5 stars from me

I flew with norwegian last month and had a really solid experience. Booking was simple, the plane was clean, and we left pretty much on time. Some extras do cost more, but even with that, it still worked out cheaper than a lot of other airlines. I’d definitely consider flying with them again and would recommend them if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option.

The flight itself was totally fine once we finally got going, but the info around the delay was a bit all over the place. I was sitting there with a coffee and a half-eaten packet of crisps, and the delay message came through late. The gate staff seemed nice enough, but they didn’t really have any extra details either. What made it more confusing was that the airport screens updated before the app did, so everyone was kind of checking different things and looking around like, “So… are we boarding or not?” Not a terrible experience by any means, just felt like the communication could’ve been much clearer once the plans changed.
